Delivery & Refund Policy


You should receive your e-tickets within a short time after booking and making your payment.
If you do not receive you e-tickets please contact us. (Tip: Please check you Junk email folder first.)
E-tickets are to be presented at the box office, either printed or displayed clearly on a digital device.



If you cannot attend the performance on the day you have booked for, Repertory will exchange your booking for another day providing seats are available.
Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
